Refund and cancellation policy

Draft for professional review. Contact support@fabereye.com as soon as a change is needed.

Before testing starts

If authorization cannot be verified, the requested target is outside the published service, or the operator declines the scope for safety reasons, the order is cancelled and the paid amount is refunded to the original payment method, subject to Stripe processing timelines.

Customer cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before the operator starts testing. Once testing has started, the amount refundable depends on work already performed and any non-recoverable costs, as permitted by applicable law.

Rescheduling

Requests to change the testing window are handled manually and must remain within the maximum 30-day authorization window unless a new authorization is accepted.

Failed or interrupted assessment

If an assessment cannot be completed because of a service-side issue, we will explain the outcome and offer a reasonable reschedule, partial refund or full refund according to the circumstances.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please contact support@fabereye.com first so we can investigate a payment or service concern. If Stripe reports a dispute or chargeback, testing and report access may be paused while the matter is reviewed. Any response, refund or adjustment will follow Stripe's process, the agreed service records and applicable law.

Taxes and payment records

Stripe displays any configured applicable taxes before payment. We retain order, payment and tax records for the period required by Canadian law and professional accounting advice, even when a report is deleted after its 90-day availability period.
